The reciprocating crankshaft assembly offers an aggressive forward motion of the 8 machined and heated tines for punctures up to 2.75 inches deep to cover an area of 42,550 sq. ft an hour. Choose a speed between 2.5-3 mph for the lawn size, operator comfort, and optimal productivity. Engage the drive/tine with a finger-tip controlled bail for easy operation. And, keep this aerator running properly with a one-piece removable cover for access to the maintenance spots.
- 163cc Honda GX160 Engine:Clear up to 42,550 sq. ft. with the Honda engine offering up to 163cc for maximum aerating power.
- Reciprocating Crankshaft Assembly:The reciprocating crankshaft propels the unit forward while featuring a spring loaded roller assist for aggressive forward motion of the tine rods to puncture holes at 2.75 inches deep with 8 machined and heat treated tines. Tines are easily removed for service and replacing.
- 3 Position Speed Control:This 3 position speed controller allows you to choose a speed between 2.5-3 mph to choose the right speed for the lawn size, operator comfort, and optimal productivity. This allows a denser hole pattern at slower speeds if needed.
- User Friendly Controls:Operate this aerator by simply engaging the drive/tine with the finger-tip controlled bail that also features an auto-stop safety feature for quick stopping.
